Indianapolis, IN – Cultivate Geospatial Solutions, LLC (CGS) an Indianapolis-based geospatial and asset management consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Adam Stevens has joined the company as a GIS Developer.
Adam brings more than a decade of experience in GIS application development, transportation-focused geospatial solutions, and enterprise data workflows. Prior to joining CGS, he served in senior GIS development and analyst roles at Rizing, where he led and supported high-impact initiatives for agencies including Caltrans, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Maryland Department of Transportation State Highways, and Ohio DOT. His background includes ArcGIS Pro add-in development, Python geoprocessing, SQL Server programming, Azure ADF pipeline development, web application development, and linear referencing workflows.
Throughout his career, Adam has helped modernize GIS workflows and improve performance across complex transportation and roadway data systems. His experience includes leading the migration of custom roadway intersection data management tools from ArcGIS Desktop to ArcGIS Pro, building tools for custom roadway network translation and map-based outputs, and supporting web applications that rely on Roads and Highways data and linear referencing principles. Most recent experience included creating and supporting ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory and FME, with database maintenance through stored procedures. Further, python geoprocessing services developed and maintained for innovative ETL processes that have saved clients time and money.
