Walter brings over 25 years of expertise as a process management consultant, with a focus on the utility, municipal, transportation, aerospace, and military industries. Walter’s impressive resume includes contributions to major organizations such as the City of St. Paul, Greenville Utilities Commission, Fayetteville Public Works Commission, and Oracle Utilities.
His technical acumen spans enterprise asset management (EAM) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Oracle Work and Asset Management (WAM), Infor, IBM Maximo, and CHAMPS. Additionally, Walter’s expertise includes enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer information systems (CIS), and integrations with advanced mobile workforce management solutions.

In his new role at CGS, Walter will spearhead initiatives to enhance the company’s Oracle-based offerings, support clients, and contribute to CGS’s mission as a trusted provider of geospatial and asset management solutions
