With more than five years of proven experience managing multimillion-dollar contracts, optimizing workflows, and leading cross-functional teams, Osborne brings a results-driven approach to delivering innovative solutions for CGS clients nationwide.
Osborne joins CGS from Connected Nation, where she managed more than $4.5 million in government contracts, driving seamless execution, ensuring compliance, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. She has extensive expertise in strategic planning, budget management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement—skills that align directly with CGS’s commitment to excellence in asset management, GIS integration, and technology-driven program delivery.

In her new role, Osborne will oversee project execution across multiple industries, including public works, utilities, transportation, and local government. She will play a key role in advancing CGS’s Cultivate Asset Manager (CAM) and Cultivate Mapping software platforms while ensuring clients maximize the value of their GIS and asset management investments.
Osborne holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute and brings technical expertise across Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms. Her strong foundation in operations development, training, and process improvement makes her a valuable addition to CGS’s mission of providing scalable, standards-based asset management solutions.
