Indianapolis, IN – Cultivate Geospatial Solutions, LLC (CGS) is pleased to announce that Alivia Gustrowsky and Matt Wesp have accepted full-time positions as GIS Specialists after completing highly successful internships with the company. Their transition from interns to core team members reflects CGS’s continued commitment to fostering the next generation of geospatial professionals through hands-on experience, mentorship, and real-world project work.
Alivia, a recent graduate of Taylor University with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Computing, brings a strong interdisciplinary background combining environmental science, computer science, and data science. During her internship at CGS, she built and maintained interactive geospatial applications, managed GIS content, and supported projects that applied Esri’s suite of tools to solve complex infrastructure challenges. Her experience also includes research with NASA’s DEVELOP National Program, where she performed spatial analysis for ecological studies, as well as professional certifications in GIS, Geospatial Data Analytics, and Drone Applications.
Matt, a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Geographic Information Science and Technology, has supported CGS projects since 2024 as a GIS Intern and later as a GIS Application Specialist. His contributions have included developing web-based GIS solutions, supporting data preparation for enterprise systems, and providing technical expertise for client-driven mapping needs. His strong academic foundation and applied project experience equip him to take on expanded responsibilities as he continues to grow with CGS.
