Indianapolis, IN – Cultivate Geospatial Solutions, LLC (CGS) is proud to announce the promotion of Ashley Hitt, PMP, GISP, to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Ashley has been an integral part of the CGS leadership team since joining in 2023 and now steps into this expanded role to lead operations and drive strategic growth initiatives across the company.
Ashley has nearly 20 years of professional experience in geospatial solutions leadership, project management, and strategic vision for geospatial programs and organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Geoscience from Western Kentucky University and has been recognized with numerous industry honors, including the Geospatial Professional Network (formerly URISA) Barbara Hirsch Special Service Award and Louisville Business First Forty Under 40.
In her new role as COO, Ashley will oversee CGS’s day-to-day operations while aligning cross-functional teams with the company’s long-term strategy. She will continue to foster CGS’s reputation for diamond-level customer service, working with clients across the United States to implement innovative GIS, asset management, and enterprise solutions
Ashley’s leadership extends beyond CGS. She is a Past President of the Geospatial Professional Network (GPN) and is a facilitator of the GPN’s GIS Leadership Academy and Advanced GIS Leadership Academy, where she provides targeted leadership training for geospatial professionals.
