Indianapolis, IN – Cultivate Geospatial Solutions LLC (CGS), a leading consultancy in enterprise asset management (EAM), GIS, and asset optimization, proudly announces the successful completion of its initial task order for wastewater asset management support project for the City of Gresham, Oregon.

This transformative initiative, awarded through RFP, focused on optimizing the City’s CentralSquare EAM system and improving asset management processes for both the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and wastewater collection system. With the expertise of CGS and key subcontractors Egov Solutions and Cooley Consulting, the project achieved its goal of aligning advanced technology with the City’s long-term infrastructure sustainability objectives

Enhanced CentralSquare EAM Configuration: Comprehensive improvements to system configuration, data capture, and integration with GIS and CUES GraniteNet, optimizing asset tracking and maintenance scheduling.
Streamlined Asset Management Processes: Development of tactical asset management plans, ensuring proactive maintenance, performance monitoring, and lifecycle cost optimization.
Robust Data Integration: Improved data governance and seamless integration between EAM, GIS, and inspection software, facilitating accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.
User-Centric Approach: Hands-on training and support for City staff, empowering teams to leverage the system’s full capabilities for day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
